Return & Refund Policy – Hooked

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may use our return policy below.

Timeframe: You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional/clearance items

  • Used products

How to start a return:

  1. Email support@hooked.cr with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We’ll send you instructions and the return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is attributable to Hooked (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
